Hi everyone! Time sure is going by fast here at Cynthia lee Designs…my first Christmas show is 3 weeks from this coming Friday, so I’ve been hard at work creating lots of goodies. Thought that you might like a peek at what I’ve been working on for my Christmas shows. Some items are completely done…while others are in different crafting stages at the moment. I been working on candle mat/doilies, dish-towels, game boards, pillow tucks, dolls, and some framed pieces.
Remember the Fall pillow tucks…I made 21 of them for my Fall shows and sold almost all of them, so I decided to do some Christmas/Winter ones. I have all 37 of them sewn and ready to be stuffed. I went to our local craft supply store today to pick up some tiny items to embellish them with. Be sure to check back as I will share more pictures of them when they are all finished.
Well, while at the craft store…I just had to go check out the home decor department and look at what I treated myself to. I just love it!! This crock is pretty large in size and I have it sitting on the floor in our living room.
Ok, back to crafting…I did some machine embroidering today on some round tea-dyed candle mat/doilies. I think my favorite is the candy cane design. It’s hard to tell from the photo, but the snowflake one was done with silver metallic thread.
Here are a couple of the dish towel designs that I got embroidered, but they still need to be appliqued onto the towels. Don’t you just love the little prim snowmen!! Hope to get some more dish towels done tomorrow as I have about a dozen of them to finish up.
Well, it’s getting late here…so, I’m off to get some rest. See you all in a few days with some more peeks of some goodies that are in the works. I can’t wait to show you the tiny framed pieces that I started earlier today….if you love snowmen as much as I do, I think you will love them!! Until next time….. blessings, Cindy

Hi Cindy! You’ve been a busy girl! Love all your creations! You’re going to do SO well! Wish I lived nearby to come shop at your booth! Those embroidered candle mats are so nice. The candy canes are SO cute, but I really like that first one of the wreath! Can’t wait to see more! ~~Annie

oh Cindy, I love your candle mats too..love the designs on the doilies..that person that I bought mine from gave me 3 extra packages of 12 in each…love your fabric..I went to joanns yesterday(tuesday) and purchased some..love fabric..how big are you making your little pillows? 4×4? love your towels..guess I should make some, since I did buy the towels..:) might do some tomorrow…got my x-rays will know in a few days..:) take care..:)

You have been on busy gal. I absolutely love the prim snowmen….too cute!! Cameron is still enjoying his pillow which is a good thing. He will still go get mine and have me hold my pillow and then he will hold his at the same time. He is so funny!!
Hope you are doing well. Don’t work too hard and enjoy the weather today (70 degrees today – YAHOO).

Yes, rain is coming for the weekend but I’m really trying to enjoy the Indian weather we are having so don’t forget to enjoy it too:)
Love the snowmen and can’t wait to see the little framed pieces you are doing, I know you will do just as well with this show as you did with the last! I also love the crock too!

Cute stuff Cindy! Can’t wait to see the other great things your creating. I have been gone for the past week helping my brother move his furniture across the U.S. I have to get myself super busy this week next week my daughter will be here from Colorado visiting then my next show is in 2 wks after that, YIKES, I don’t know how I’m gonna do it!
