It sure has been a rainy, stormy day here, but it was a good day…I got some birthday goodies in the mail. I also got some on my birthday last week that I want to share with you too. Oh my…I love everything!!! Hmmm…what should I show you first?
I’ll start with the goodies from my blogging friend Cheryl that I received last week. (She doesn’t have a blog yet, but I’m pretty sure she is thinking about it.)
In the front left corner of the picture is 2 bars of handmade soap that she made. I have them in the hall bathroom on a pretty tin display stand…just not ready to use them yet as I want to enjoy looking at them and smelling them…and do they ever smell good!! Cheryl also made me the very cute bunny doll and she made her all by hand…no sewing machine used at all!! Her dress is made of blue jean fabric cuz Cheryl knows that I love and live in blue jeans. Now look real close at the necklace that the bunny doll is wearing…remember this necklace that I made. Well…Cheryl made one just like it for Miss bunny to wear!!
And I just have to show you a close up of this very large water pitcher that she gave me…I love it!! I’m going to put this in the master bedroom on the shelf above the bed with other pitchers that I already have up there. I will share more pictures with you soon…as I’m still working in there changing out the decor.
Thank you Cheryl…I love everything!!!

Now for the goodies that came in the mail today from Gina of www.catnapinnprimitives.blogspot.com.
Oh my…did this box ever smell good when I opened it up. I got a yummy “Vanilla Cupcake” Yankee candle…and now I want to make some cupcakes to eat!! She also gave me some wonderful room spray. There is also a pillow tuck that she machine embroidered and stuffed with lavendar…I’m going to hang this on a peg rack in the bathroom or maybe our bedroom. Just look at the wool water pitcher that she made for me with a pot of Spring flowers and my sweet little doggie Chloe on it…..too cute!!! And she also machine embroidered the vintage rabbit on the round doily…I love it and it will look great with my other vintage rabbits that I put out on display every Spring. Pictures coming soon, but I’ll give you a little peek now…
Thanks Gina…I love everything!!!
Well, that’s it for now. Got to go get some sleep…my sister is taking me out shopping for my birthday tomorrow. We were going to go last week, but she had to have some tests done…and I’m happy to say that everything came out good. Until next time….. blessings, Cindy
