I mentioned on my last 2 posts about a vintage tablecloth that my sister gave to me. I asked if anyone had any idea where I was going to display it…and that if anyone guessed correctly, I would give them a little surprise from me.
Guess what? Someone guess correctly!!
~Vintage tablecloths…..where? ~In the bedroom?
Yes…I put the vintage tablecloth from my sister, plus another one from a thrift shop on the quilt rack in our master bedroom. I was originally thinking about putting a quilt up, but with the way the quilt rack was made…all of my quilts were too bulky to fit between the wall and the rod-iron headboard. The vintage tablecloths fit there perfectly. I showed my sister what I had done…she loved it and said that it looked liked something that you would see in Country Living magazine. Well….that made my day!!
Congrats to Gina of “Cat Nap Inn Primitives” for guessing correctly where I put the vintage tablecloths. (Gina, I will be emailing you soon about your surprise.)
Remember the old saw that I painted for my hubby’s aunt that lives in Tennessee…she sent me a photo of where she has it displayed in her home. It is hanging on the wall in her dining room with a twig berry wreath and 2 candle holders that have prim candles in them. (Linda, it looks great and I’m so thrilled that you love it.)
Be back soon with a little easy project that I did. Have a great weekend everyone!!
Until next time……. blessings, Cindy

Hi Cindy, Thanks for finding my blog and now in return, I just became your newest follower, also. I love the idea to put the vintage tablecloths on the quilt rack shelf. I have one similar to your’s going up the stairs and a big quilt don’t look right there. I have many vintage tablecloths so I may steal your idea. Love your blog and the pictures of the displays throughout your house are so pretty. Looking forward to visiting often. Have a great evening.
