I finally got all my Christmas stuff put away over this past weekend…and the area in the dining room looks so much bigger now that the tree is down.
I took my time and went through everything…things to keep…things to take to the Goodwill…and handmade things to put in crates to sale at my Fall and Christmas shows later this year.
Of course, I had to leave some snow-folk out for the month of January…since old man winter finally gave us an inch or so of snow. Just have to share this picture of what the sky looked liked on Sunday evening right before it started to snow. It was really dark blue with the deepest pink that I’ve ever seen.
I decided to just put most of my snowmen on the sideboard table…

I also left a few snowmen out in the area around the corner fireplace. The snowman that Gina gave me…sits in a chair right next to the fireplace and there are 2 more snow-folk on the end-table…the one that Cheryl painted and the snowman made from a wood log that I’ve had for years…got him at a craft show back in the early 90′s.
~And the prim snow-angel that my sister gave me for Christmas in 2010…she sits on top of the fireplace with the plate of snowballs from Carmen.
Hoping if the puppy lets me…to do some embroidery, make a few Valentine crafts, and work on something for my upcoming giveaway. So hard to believe that I’m already over 400 posts.
