It’s been awhile since my last post…not really much prim stuff going on around here, but I’ve been keeping busy.
Little Miss Zoey is taking up a lot of my time…
You know…..with the important stuff…like puppy kisses and long doggie naps in the recliner.
And I’ve been spending some time with the grandkids….
I picked Josie up one day after school…so that we could have a girls day together. We fixed us up some snacks, played a game, and then watch a movie. This photo was taken at my parent’s home on New Year’s Eve…so hard to believe that she is in 6th grade and will be 12 years old this coming May.
I’m going with her and my daughter tomorrow to check out an open house at the christian school that she will attending next year. Josie is very excited as she had been wanting to go to this school. I’ve heard wonderful things about the school and I can’t wait to take the tour with them.
Also tomorrow…we are doing a little shopping to finish up getting some things for someone’s “Toy Story” birthday party. Peyton will be 2 years old next Sunday, but his party will be on the 11th…because his daddy has to work at the firehouse on his actually birthday.
I’m making him a “Toy Story” cake and some alien cupcakes. Found the directions for making the cupcakes at the Disney website…they are just too cute. Give you a little hint on the cake…one layer is for Woody and one layer is for Buzz. I’ll be sure to take lots of pictures to share.
Until next time……. blessings, Cindy

Have fun with the kids as long as you can. Anxious to see your cake decorating skills……..if I remember your cakes from the past, you do them quite well! Have fun.

I call my dog, my fourth child. He sometimes acts just like the kids, haha! Like right now, mine is sitting on my lap, trying to lay on top of my laptop so my hands will be rubbing him down instead of typing. He keeps hitting the keys and new things pop up on the screen, lol!
Glad you and Josie had a good time together. I hope the Christian school works out for her!
Toy Story will be a fun party to decorate for. The alien cupcakes sound so adorable! Can’t wait to see your pictures of them.
Have a wonderful week Cindy~
